Rare Jacques Biny Cerf Volant Wall Sconce Set (4 Pieces)

A set of four iconic circa 1955 wall sconces by Jacques Biny in black lacquered perforated sheet metal and brass. Its thoughtfully crafted anti-glare deflector shade creates a beautiful and soft quality of lighting. The model was named “Cerf Volant” which loosely translates to “kite” in English. A perfect collection for French design enthusiasts to illuminate an entry hall and add architecture and soft lighting to a space. Completely restored and in great condition featuring all original materials.
