Description
A lovely pair of round clear crystal ‘Boule d’escalier’ newel caps ready to adorn your staircase with French charm. Dating from the nineteenth century, France, these were quite fashionable symbols of luxury. Reverse collected, one of the two brass bases has a polished finish and the other features a bronze patina.
Condition and wear consistent with age and use.
